In order to improve the team cooperation ability, on June 10, 2017, All staff of Qingdao Bondely Heat Engineering Equipment Co., LTD. went to Hongdao base to participate in outdoor training.

This activity revolved around two themes "team melting" and "self-challenging" to toughen the strong will of employees, strengthen staff team cohesion and centripetal force. Through campaigns, it could promote communication between employees, cultivate and develop team spirit and cooperation consciousness.
During the activities,??we were divided into two teams under the guidance of the coach,??each team got a resounding name and team slogan after brainstorming, "the tiger team", "king glory" with distinct and powerful team image to get the development started. There were Silent Relay Race, Mutual Affinity, and?be?Bold in Scaling Heights, Rock Climbing, Nether Swap, Honorable Person CS, Joint Jumping and other activities. Mutual Affinity helped everybody strongly aware that team success is the foundation of personal success; personal success must be based on the joint efforts of other team members and mutual support; Each member must be bold but cautious, dare to challenge, encourage each other, conquer fear to participate in Be Bold in Scaling Heights; Honorable Person CS was a program combining passion and speed that fully built the will and cultivate solidarity and collaboration.
After completion of each program we shared the joy of success and the passion of challenge, and fully realized team trust, effective communication, empathy, reasonable organization, leadership, execution and team cooperation and such management consciousness which was closely related to the work. Every training is moved at a time. Every move, is from the shock of the soul. Everyone felt profoundly the essence of "responsibility, collaboration, self-confidence", and responsibilities they need to bear as a member of the team. The two groups were of about the same strength, each had its own strong points, we were not competing high and low, but in the process, what you learned, what you realized, thinking how the previous work and behavior patterns had impeded your work, how the distortion of upload release had made executing the superior command difficult. Each carefully designed development program inspired great interest and passion of everyone, in the process of cross-training, the team members worked together to overcome each program that had been considered impossible, in the course of activities, everyone actively participated in the challenge, challenged themselves bravely, encouraged each other, overcame psychological barriers and avoided giving up. And at that point, under intense work and stress. We got close to nature, enjoyed blue sea and clear sky, relaxed the mind, to improve work efficiency, promote work enthusiasm that would provide a solid foundation for company's cultural construction and sustainable development.
